前市议员李振光支持凯利竞选多伦多第22区（士嘉堡爱敬阁）议员 前士嘉堡红河选区市议员李振光宣布他支持凯利竞选士嘉堡爱敬阁第22选区的新议员。“在凯利身边工作了12年，我亲眼目睹了他作为议员的能力，这也是我坚定支持他连任的原因。” 李振光说，“ 他在重要的问题上作出了明智的见解，并且在工作中做到深思熟虑，关怀备至，坚持不懈以确保自己的选民得到照顾。” 士嘉堡爱敬阁第22选区是由省政府减少选区而产生的。新选区包括现在的第39选区，第40选区(目前由市议员凯利代表)和第41选区（从前由议员李振光代表)。

Prior to entering politics, Norm researched Pierre Berton’s award winning books of the CPR history -The National Dream and The Last Spike- and was also the Head of the History Department at Upper Canada College. After serving as an Alderman and Member of Parliament, Norm had a successful career in real estate.
